This role is perfect for a morning person who wants to join our pre-opening kitchen team. You'll be the first to switch on the lights, setting the tone for our guests' day with simple, thoughtful, and flavourful breakfast plates.

A Day in Your Apron
  • Take charge of the breakfast section and lead service with confidence and calm;
  • Prepare and plate consistently high-quality dishes with a focus on seasonality and flavor;
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth early operations;
  • Keep your section clean, organized, and prepped for the next shift;
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards to the letter;
  • Be a morning mentor, helping train and support junior kitchen staff where needed.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a breakfast or high-volume kitchen;
  • You love mornings and thrive during early shifts;
  • Proven experience motivating a diverse kitchen team in a high-pressure environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills, you know how to work clean, stay focused, and stay ahead;
  • Confidence with eggs, pastries, and beautifully balanced breakfast dishes;
  • Strong communication skills and collaboration with front-of-house staff and other departments.
