Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional breakfast experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of the breakfast section and execute service with confidence and calm;
  • Prepare and plate consistently high-quality dishes that showcase seasonality and flavour;
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless operations during early shifts;
  • Maintain a clean, organised and prepped kitchen environment;
  • Foster a culture of food safety and hygiene excellence;
  • Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff as a morning mentor.
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a high-volume kitchen;
  • A proven track record of motivating diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced environments;
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently and stay focused under pressure;
  • Confidence in preparing eggs, pastries and balanced breakfast dishes;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff and other departments.
