Senior Leadership Opportunity

About the Role

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organisation
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organisational growth and transformation
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to deliver excellent results
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of organisational policies and procedures
  • Oversee the implementation of quality management systems and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Monitor and evaluate programs and services to ensure they are trauma-informed and outcomes-focused
  • Prepare reports, tenders, and strategic papers for Board decision-making

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a similar leadership role
  • Tertiary qualifications in business management, quality management, or related discipline
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and support teams in a values-driven environment

Experience and Qualifications
