Overview
As a key member of our Chief Executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. As the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources management, driving cultural transformation and ensuring that our people are equipped to deliver outstanding results.
Job Description
The successful applicant will possess a strategic mindset, able to develop a people and culture strategy that aligns to our overall business plan. They will have experience in delivering contemporary HR practices, including diversity and staff engagement initiatives, and be able to influence senior stakeholders to secure our people capacity requirements and capabilities.

- Strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Experience in leading organisational transformation initiatives
- Proven track record in leadership and supporting an executive team
- Demonstrated capability in contemporary HR practices
