About the Role

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled transformation leader to join our Board of Directors. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in guiding and stewarding our organization through significant business and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have contemporary skills and experience at Board or CEO level overseeing large-scale business and digital transformation, including:

  • Strategic people and culture change
  • Transformation of workforce and volunteer management models in membership organizations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Contemporary knowledge and experience in strategic economic outlook and positioning
  • Demonstrated understanding of the future and value of engineering in the Australian economy
