Product Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for product and fashion? We're looking for someone to join our team as a Product Coordinator.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact in a fast-paced creative environment. As a Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the sampling approval process, liaising daily with offshore suppliers and factories, briefing new ranges to suppliers for development, maintaining effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers, conducting trend research into color and new trend direction for our customers, managing and tracking sample processes, critical path production schedules, and freight timelines, drawing and maintaining product CADs and range books, and supporting the product team with administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the sampling approval process, including fittings and approvals
  • Liaise daily with offshore suppliers and factories
  • Brief new ranges to suppliers for development
  • Maintain effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers
  • Conduct trend research into color and new trend direction for our customers
  • Manage and track sample processes, critical path production schedules, and freight timelines
  • Draw and maintain product CADs and range books
  • Support the product team with administrative needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferable
  • Qualification in Fashion and Textile is advantageous
  • Proactive, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • High level of productivity and efficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative team member
