Job Title: Public Area Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Overnight Public Area Attendant.

As our next Public Area Attendant, you will:

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance in all internal and external public areas of the property.
  • Perform various cleaning duties, achieving established standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitisation and presentation.
  • Ensure the safe use of specialised chemicals and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, including key security, responding to enquiries and distribution of deliveries, while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • Attend to the pool, gym and shared bathrooms, ensuring cleanliness of the areas, as well as sanitisation and stock levels.

Requirements:

  • A motivated and self-disciplined individual who is comfortable working unsupervised.
  • An individual with strong physical stamina, willing to go the extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience.
  • Previous experience as a cleaner/room attendant/public areas attendant in a commercial environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak, understand, read and write in English.
  • Reliability and availability to work overnight during the week, weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid Australian work rights.
