Service Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Operations Specialist to join our team in Global Transaction Services, a critical pillar of our Institutional Bank. In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining internal and external workflow, case management, and orchestration activities needed to support our Corporate Cash Management platform.

You will play a key role in defining business operations and customer servicing requirements, designing and documenting new business processes, ensuring compliance with our risk, control, and governance frameworks, and collaborating with Business Analysts and technology delivery teams to break down functional requirements into features and user stories.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining business operations and customer servicing requirements based on inputs from program stakeholders
  • Designing and documenting new business processes that deliver stakeholder requirements
  • Ensuring new operations and servicing activities are compliant by design, aligned to our risk, control, and governance frameworks
  • Working with Business Analysts and technology delivery teams to break down functional requirements into features and user stories
  • Creating and maintaining a backlog of workflow, orchestration, and case management features aligned to program milestones
  • Securing endorsement of new processes and operations according to our risk and controls frameworks
  • Modelling and maintaining business processes in our process models and ensuring processes are aligned to our value chain framework
  • Developing the change management plan, collateral, and other supporting materials to support the internal and external adoption of new features, processes, and servicing & operations experiences
  • Liaising with Sales, Servicing, Group Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of new features and processes
  • Managing ongoing improvements and optimisation of business operations and servicing activities

This is a highly visible role that works closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Legal, Risk, and Compliance, as well as clients and world-leading technology vendors.
