Job Title: Service Delivery Expert

This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of 5B's products and solutions in the field. The ideal candidate will have strong partnerships with sales and delivery teams to enhance the customer handover experience.

The focus of this position is on delivering exceptional warranty, Operations and Maintenance [O&M], Technical Help Desk and Lifecycle Management Services. Key deliverables include site inspections, technical asset management, performance monitoring, contract management and reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers to develop customized O&M / Asset Lifecycle strategies, own and manage all 5B MAVERICK O&M related content, and drive ongoing O&M data collection on key operating sites.

This role requires a deep understanding of reliability engineering, statistical modelling, analysis and reporting of infrastructure reliability. Additionally, experience in managing a customer service and management centre is essential. Strong dispute resolution and negotiation skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales and delivery teams to enhance the customer handover experience.
  • Deliver exceptional warranty, O&M, Technical Help Desk and Lifecycle Management Services.
  • Conduct site inspections, perform technical asset management, monitor performance, manage contracts, and report on key metrics.
  • Develop customized O&M / Asset Lifecycle strategies with customers.
  • Manage all 5B MAVERICK O&M related content.
  • Drive ongoing O&M data collection on key operating sites.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of reliability engineering, statistical modelling, analysis and reporting of infrastructure reliability.
  • Experience in managing a customer service and management centre.
  • Excellent dispute resolution and negotiation skills.
