About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Expert to join our Cyber Security Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with project teams, cross-functional teams, and wider delivery groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the team's execution of continuous service delivery, stakeholder relationships, scoping and planning of resource allocation, budgets and risk management.
  • Identify potential risks and strategies to minimise delivery disruptions and maintain timelines, ensuring optimal outcomes and delivering value to stakeholders and the organisation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 4+ years of experience in Scrum Mastery, Delivery or Project Management with recent exposure to projects and service delivery within institutional banking or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in different project management methodologies and common practices such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience in managing and reporting on technology projects within Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Adept at utilising efficient stakeholder engagement strategies within a challenging business environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the capability to initiate and lead conversations with team members, technical and non-technical, business stakeholders, business leaders and risk management colleagues.
