About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our Technology Team at Firesoft People. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our Technology Risk Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Technology Risk Strategy that aligns with our company's growth objectives.
  • Identify, monitor, measure, and manage risks and controls, including Incident Management, Issue Management, Risk and Control Assessment, Risk Reporting, and Cyber Security.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to our Technology Team, ensuring the effective implementation of our risk management framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of risk management into our business operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors and senior leaders.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Operational Risk/Compliance advisory in Financial Services.
  • CRISC or equivalent risk accreditation.
  • Proven experience in strategic thinking and senior business leadership.
  • Clear knowledge of Risk Management practices, including Incident/Issue Management, Risk Profiles/Assessments, Control Design/Management.
  • Strong proficiency in the Australian Regulatory framework related to Technology/Information/Security.
  • Cyber Security related Risk Management knowledge.
  • Focused team player with excellent communication and influencing skills.
