We are currently looking for a Financial Operations Associate to join our team in Brisbane. This is a permanent position, with full time hours and offers the opportunity to contribute to the timely processing of payments and reconciliations.

  • Prepare and collate invoices daily for processing into LDC's financial systems
  • Prepare and collate documentation for daily payments
  • Assist with daily payments and payments scheduling
  • Monitor and reconcile creditor statements
  • Contribute with audit and reconciliation of accounts
  • Support with financial administrative tasks

This role requires:

  • Accounts Payable experience 1 - 2 years (advantageous)
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Ability to manage time and data effectively
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
