Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
">As a key member of our organization's financial operations team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering system solutions within the current ERP environment.
">You will support operational planning by contributing to performance measures and preparing reports, documents, and correspondence for business partners, management, and staff.
">The successful candidate will work with the Systems Unit to make business process and system improvements in Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, P&PM, and CA-TS modules.
">- Mandatory qualifications and conditions:">
- A background check will be conducted prior to appointment to the role due to access to sensitive data.">
Key requirements of the role include demonstrated strong knowledge of payroll and financial processing in SAP ECC 6, along with a solid understanding of associated operational and business processes.
">We are seeking an individual who can analyse problems and propose effective solutions.
">Responsibilities will include working autonomously and as part of a team to deliver defined outputs with specific deadlines.
">Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to adjust their message to resonate with different stakeholders.
">Flexibility to changing expectations and technology is essential, requiring the ability to adapt own approach to reflect new requirements.
">Please note that occasional weekend work may be required to support business-as-usual activities and project work.
