Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to oversee our ticketing and checkout journey across online and in-venue channels.

This individual will drive revenue growth by optimizing conversion funnels, streamlining guest transactions, and launching high-performing product features.

Reporting to the director of product, they will oversee a cross-functional squad to solve customer problems using insights, testing, and continuous iteration.

This is an opportunity for a globally-minded product leader with e-commerce experience to have a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end ticketing checkout experience.
  • Drive A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-off.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to shape strategy and prioritize initiatives.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across growth, marketing, and operations.
  • Balance diverse customer needs to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Define clear OKRs and track product performance.
  • Communicate progress, priorities, and outcomes to internal and external teams.
About You
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, POS, ticketing, or marketplaces.
