Ecommerce Product Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Ecommerce Product Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and ever-evolving ecommerce environment, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital shopping experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the end-to-end product lifecycle, from setup to launch.
- Maintain and update product information, including descriptions, imagery, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Analyse data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimising the online shopping experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in a range of computer software and programs, including Office suite and analytics tools
- Attention to detail and adherence to best practice standards for web products
- An understanding of the ecommerce landscape in Australia and other similar markets
- Strong execution skills and a desire to deliver high-quality results
