Marina Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Marina Concierge. As a key member of our marina operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the marina and providing exceptional service to our guests.

This is a full-time permanent position that requires strong administration skills, a high standard of personal presentation, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating arrivals and departures, meeting and greeting vessel owners and crew, and fulfilling day-to-day requests from skippers.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate arrivals and departures, including airport and resort transfers
  • Meet and greet all vessel owners and crew into the Marina and Dent Island moorings
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Fulfill day-to-day requests from skippers, including cleaning and detailing of vessels; delivery and pickup of laundry and linen, and administration duties
  • Take payments and handle general enquiries and complaints
  • Assist with marina office and boatyard duties as required
