About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Client Liaison professional to assume key responsibilities at our Sydney Head Office, situated in the heart of the CBD.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients and providing support regarding inquiries
  • Managing meetings

  • Redirecting calls to the relevant departments
  • Greeting clients
  • Coordinating mail and courier services
  • Performing additional administrative tasks as required

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have experience in client-facing roles, preferably within retail; it is preferred but not essential.

A high level of communication skills, ability to build rapport, and attention to detail are also essential.
