Job Title: Group Membership Administrator Permanent

About the Role

You will be responsible for retaining members with every call and contact made while providing membership administration support. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that values fun, friendliness and excellent customer service.

  • Retain members through every call and contact
  • Support membership administration
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in customer sales and/or retention environments
  • Strong customer service and problem solving skills
  • Negotiation and objection handling skills
  • Team working experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reporting capabilities and Excel know-how
  • An excellent track record working with KPI's and targets
