Aged Care Business Operations Coordinator

This position plays a pivotal part in the efficient and smooth delivery of services across Health & Wellness sites and Community Respite. The successful candidate will work closely with the team, as well as autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:- H&W Service Delivery Support
- Ordering and management of equipment and resources for sustainable and safe service delivery
- Supporting staff training and events
- Overseeing staff personnel administration
- Administration support to the management team
We are seeking individuals who possess strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and the capacity to prioritize workload demands.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar business support role and be able to adhere to program and government guidelines. Additionally, they should have advanced computer skills, including proficiency in the Google suite.
A basic knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards is also required, as is the ability to maintain positive working relationships.
