
Experienced Corporate Administrator Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. In this position, you will provide exceptional support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of their offices.
This role requires a high level of discretion, autonomy, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and confidential information. You will be responsible for:
- Proactively managing and facilitating the administration and operations of assigned Executives.
- Providing additional support to the Office of the CEO and secretarial support to the Board as required.
- Managing complex scheduling and calendar management, ensuring competing priorities are effectively communicated to stakeholders.
- Managing approval of timesheets and leave requests within delegation.
- Arranging travel bookings, itineraries, and agenda preparation for Executive Leadership Team and Board Members.
- Preparing agendas, minutes, and action management for various internal and external meetings.
- Liaising confidently and credibly with stakeholders and working collaboratively with associate Administrators.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience supporting multiple Executives in a fast-paced corporate environment, prioritizing various responsibilities and tasks.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and an ability to build relationships at all levels and suited to liaising at Executive level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and have authentic conversations.
- Excellent judgement, attention to detail, great multitasking, and high motivation to get things done and operate with autonomy.
- Experience with taking meeting minutes at Senior Management and Executive level.
- Intermediate to high-level skills in Microsoft Office suite with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.
