About your team

Corporate Property Services build, operate and manage flexible, efficient, safe, productive, resilitent, environmentally friendly and cost-effective workplaces.  We provide services such as catering and hospitality, real estate planning, design and construction, engineering, security, travel, post and corporate analytics.  CPS comprises Corporate Services, Operational and Technical Security, Travel, Environmental Sustainability and Corporate Real Estate.

About your role

The role is for a proactive and organised administrative support specialist to join the team and provide support to our corporate services and real estate functions.  The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient administrative operations, contributing to the seamless management of corporate services and real estate activities. This will include processing of purchase orders and invoices, tracking costs against targets, onboarding of suppliers, reviewing and maintaining accurate records/data, posting comms updates on The Source/Yammer etc

About you

We are looking for a team player, an individual who has the ability to think analytically and to prioritise multiple tasks. Ideally you will have experience in a corporate environment and an understanding of corporate services and real estate functions would be helpful.
