
Corporate Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretarial Services professional to provide administrative support to our clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in corporate secretarial services, administration, and client relations.
- Prepare ad-hoc changes and maintain Shareholder registers
- Prepare pre-incorporation and post-incorporation documents for Company Registrations
- Liaise with regulatory bodies as required and process client invoices in accounting software
- Facilitate subscription changes and lodge income tax returns
- Manage audit insurance renewals and attend internal meetings to take minutes
You will work closely with our Directors to deliver high-quality outcomes and contribute to the success of our clients.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Ability to competently use Microsoft Office applications
A certification in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable but not essential. We encourage applications from motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
