
Corporate Services Administrator

Job Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced individual to support the Director Corporate Services in ensuring efficient operations across corporate services functions.
This role will utilise skills and experience in HR, administration, procurement and contracts register management, asset management - including ICT and facilities.
Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing procurement activities, coordinating key administrative functions, overseeing Work Health & Safety (WHS) compliance, managing ICT assets, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
They will also have the ability to acquire knowledge and learn new skills quickly, and have a demonstrated history of meeting deadlines and producing quality work.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have proven experience in compilation of information from across an agency for the preparation of reports, agendas, and discussion papers, and experience in the use of electronic records management systems.
They will be required to enter into an annual performance agreement and may need to work outside of normal hours and travel intrastate and interstate involving overnight absences.
