About This OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced individual to join our team in providing technical assistance and support to our employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, and have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
Main Responsibilities- Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees;
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues;
- Conduct regular system checks to ensure optimal performance;
- Document and maintain accurate records of all incidents and resolutions;
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
