Job Title: Senior Talent Leader

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic leader to join our recruitment team. As a Senior Talent Leader, you will be responsible for shaping the future of talent at our organization.

You will lead recruitment strategy, coach hiring managers, and inspire teams while attracting top talent through creative campaigns. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to define role needs and build workforce plans.

Your primary focus will be on building and promoting our employer brand to attract high-calibre candidates. You will also design innovative sourcing campaigns and talent pipelines, including early career programs.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring excellent candidate experience. You will also manage preferred suppliers and maintain high compliance and data standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include:

  • Recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire
  • Talent pipeline development and management
  • Candidate engagement and experience

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and leading recruitment initiatives
