18-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to make a real impact while supporting national recruitment initiatives.
Based in Belmont, with flexible start and finish times to support work-life balance, and hybrid work arrangements where possible.
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the business in identifying and securing high-quality talent.
In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with business leaders to manage end-to-end recruitment and build strong talent pipelines that support future hiring needs.You'll play a key role in proactively sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates, ensuring we're always one step ahead when it comes to securing the right people for the right roles.
As a trusted partner, you'll advise hiring managers through the recruitment process, build lasting relationships, and represent Coates as a true employer of choice.You'll Enjoy Variety In Your Role IncludingManage end-to-end recruitment, including writing job ads, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, coach them on best practices, and support decision-making throughout the hiring process.
Champion Coates' employee value proposition internally and externally.
Develop and maintain professional networks with recruitment specialists and industry contacts to support proactive sourcing and keep up to date with best practices.

Experience within a national organisation will be highly regarded.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude, focused on delivering outcomes and continuous improvement.
Well-planned and structured, with strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
Experience using SAP Success Factors or similar recruitment and HR systems.
