We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • Play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring top talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar roles across multiple sites in Australia.
  2. Create and post job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  3. Take briefings from Operations Coordinators to understand workforce needs.
  4. Cold call and source qualified candidates through various platforms.
  5. Select and screen candidates for trades, maintenance, and other blue-collar positions.
  6. Complete phone screens, book interviews, and pre-employment checks.
  7. Prepare offers and employment contracts.
  8. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for timely recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Report on recruitment activities and provide insights to management.
  10. Ensure compliance with industry regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of blue-collar recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
