Job Title: Account Manager & Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Mobilisation Officer to step into the role of Account Manager & Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, conducting regular reviews, and building strong rapport with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and interviewing top talent candidates while maintaining ongoing relationships
  • Administrative tasks such as chasing qualifications, organising medicals and drug tests, ensuring compliance, safety, and conducting wellbeing checks
  • Filling jobs for your clients using our database, talent pool, and proactive search methods, negotiating pay and charge rates with clients, coordinating candidate work schedules, and ensuring smooth transitions between sites
  • Reporting monthly figures in team meetings, sharing challenges, and celebrating successes

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for writing and advertising job ads across various platforms, driving business growth through networking and outreach.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and/or mobilisation
  • A confident communicator who can engage with people at all levels
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Committed to excellence in safety, compliance, and service
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a drive to succeed
