Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position is flexible, with part-time, full-time, or job-share arrangements, and is particularly suited to mothers seeking school-time hours.

The Opportunity

This position offers a supportive work environment where you can make a real difference in people's careers.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a track record in placing candidates, preferably in the mining, resources, or related industries.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously, while maintaining accurate records in the recruitment database and providing reporting as required.

You are an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about helping people find meaningful work.

Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
  • Experience in mining or resources recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work part-time, full-time, or in a job-share arrangement (school-time hours considered).
