Portfolio Management Specialist

As a Portfolio Operations Coordinator, you will report to the Portfolio Operations Manager and provide assistance with contractual, operational and environmental aspects of properties in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing tender documentation for service contracts
- Assessing tenders and preparing recommendation reports for executive approval
- Managing service contract KPIs and deliverables
- Producing quarterly reports on operational performance
- Ensuring consistency of operational delivery across the portfolio
- Managing capital expenditure procurement and implementation
- Preparing contract documentation and assessing tenders
- Maintaining contract registers and schedules of deliverables
This opportunity offers a collaborative work environment and professional growth.
For success in this role, applicants should have +5 years' experience in procurement or contract management, P&L experience, trade background advantageous; Certificate IV in procurement and contracting advantageous.
