Network Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Operations Division in Perth.

This is an exciting opportunity to support our operational supply chain by managing a property portfolio, enabling the company to provide flexibility to the business and future-proof its storage and handling network.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading property analysis, land acquisition, and sales aligned with the company's network plan and capital program.
  2. Managing land subdivision and amalgamation processes, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely due diligence, subdivisions, and settlements.
  3. Arranging property business cases, purchase options, sale contracts, payments, approvals, and land transfers.
  4. Providing strategic property advice to internal stakeholders and participating in the Regulatory Approvals Committee.
  5. Managing the end-to-end leasing process for the company, from both landlord and tenant perspectives, including expression of interest programs.
  6. Serving as the primary contact for landlords, tenants, real estate agents, valuers, and internal teams regarding lease matters.
  7. Collaborating on company housing portfolio management.
  8. Supporting property administration activities, including transaction records, lease agreements, and legal documentation.
  9. Processing rent, rates, and taxes for the property portfolio.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar property or land management role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, planning, surveying, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio, asset, and property management.
  • Understanding of legal leases, land procedures, and contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in report writing and presenting recommendations.
