Portfolio Management Specialist

Job Description
The EPMO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Coordinator to provide vital operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project lifecycles, guiding projects through initiation, leading system setups, and supporting the onboarding of new project teams.
- Enhance project quality by conducting quality assurance reviews, evaluating project reports and artifacts, and ensuring projects adhere to established methodologies and governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing initiatives to refine governance frameworks, reporting standards, and best practices.
- Provide expert support by managing project service requests, maintaining portfolio management applications, and assisting with reporting and assurance activities to support executive decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and project teams.
- At least 2 years of experience in an EPMO, PMO, or a project management support role or equivalent other relevant business experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, talent for thinking laterally to find solutions, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and various databases.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience with Planview PPM, Tempus, and Oracle would be beneficial.
