We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Portfolio Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional results and supporting the Western Australian community.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in procurement and contract management to take on a challenging and rewarding role. You will be responsible for providing support with the contractual, operational, and environmental aspects of our properties, ensuring they are managed in accordance with best industry practice and legislative requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tender documentation for service contracts
  • Assess tenders and prepare recommendation reports for executive approval
  • Manage service contract KPIs and deliverables
  • Produce a quarterly report on the overall operational performance of our asset portfolio
  • Assist in achieving consistency of operational delivery across our portfolio
  • Manage capital expenditure procurement and implementation across retail and office buildings
  • Prepare tender documentation for all service and one-off contracts
  • Assess tenders and prepare recommendation reports for executive approval
  • Maintain a detailed register of all contracts and accurate schedules of deliverables for each contract

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in Procurement/Contract Management, preferably in Facilities Management
  • Experience with P&L management
  • Trade background an advantage
  • Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting an advantage
