Job Description

We are seeking Guest Services Agents to join our team in Brisbane Airport. As a key member of our airport operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our guests.

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for checking in guests, resolving any issues or concerns, and providing support during flight disruptions and cancellations. You will also assist with unaccompanied children and guests with disabilities, making sure their travel experience is easy and enjoyable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a rotating shift roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays
  • Transportation to and from the airport, even at hours when public transport is not operating
  • Comfortable working around cats and dogs who may travel with us from time to time
