Guest Services Team Member

Job Overview:

We're seeking Guest Services Agents to join our team at the airport. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their journey. You'll be the face of our airline, providing support and assistance to our guests when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly and professionally to their queries and concerns
* Assist with check-in, rebooking flights, and managing flight disruptions and cancellations
* Support unaccompanied minors and guests with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met and they have an easy and wonderful experience
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth airport operations and efficient guest flow

Requirements:

* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
* Have had at least 3 years of previous employment in roles that focus on caring for people/customers
* Be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and able to adapt to changing situations
* Have reliable transport to and from the airport, even during early starts, late finishes, and weekends
