Night Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Manager to join our team in NSW. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of guest contact, providing welcoming, professional, courteous service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4 or 5-star environment, and be experienced in using Opera PMS.

In this role, you will work closely with the night team to ensure the smooth and effective operations of the front office department, with particular focus on night audit and end of day procedures.

You will generate reports, support front office administration, and provide exceptional customer service.

A high level of computer literacy and interpersonal skills are essential for accuracy in all paperwork.

The successful candidate must possess strong administrative and problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and deliver exceptional customer service.

They must also understand Work Health and Safety requirements and compliance, including duty of care, and hold valid RSA and First Aid Certificates.
