We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Night Manager. This is a full-time position based in Mascot, NSW.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Manager will work closely with the night team ensuring the smooth and effective operations of the front office department with particular focus on night audit and end of day procedures.

The Night Manager will have a high level of guest contact providing welcoming, professional, courteous service, as well as the generation of report and supporting front office administration. Accuracy in all paperwork is essential so a mixture of computer literacy and interpersonal skill are essential.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must:

  • Have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4 or 5- star environment
  • Have experience using Opera PMS
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong drive to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Understanding of Work Health and Safety requirements and compliance including duty of care
  • Hold valid RSA and First Aid Certificates
  • Commitment to work on a rotating roster involving night shifts, overnights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Have full work rights to work in Australia
