Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to drive growth through customer communication programs.

  • Support the execution of comms automation programs across multiple brands.
  • Optimise leads, drafts, and application programs, as well as broader lifecycle comms programs.
  • Assist in database management to ensure best practice for data hygiene and campaign performance.
  • Contribute to the development of the growth and lifecycle comms strategy.
  • Collaborate in the creation and segmentation of customer journeys to drive personalised messaging.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of CRM and other growth squad programs, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise and further shape the growth strategy.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, data, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimising acquisition programs at all stages of the funnel.
  • Experience in website content management and optimisations using CMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manipulate, analyse, and present complex data sets.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and business objectives.
