Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and enhancing our online presence through social media marketing.

The ideal candidate will have prior retail sales experience and be proficient in managing and analyzing various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and eBay. They will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work unsupervised and prioritize workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers and deal with customer queries and complaints
  • Maintain professional contact with internal and external customers
  • Arrange the inspection and delivery of goods and/or returns
  • Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
  • Reach outlined sales targets
  • Actively maintain strong product knowledge
  • Handle payments and manage financial transactions

Social Media Marketing Duties:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy and goals
  • Create and edit content to promote products across all social media platforms
  • Review analytics and refine social media marketing campaigns
  • Ensure effective marketing techniques to achieve maximum interaction

Eligibility and Skills:

  • Retail Sales Experience (at least 1 year)
  • Social Media Experience (at least 1 year)
  • Bachelor's Degree in social media marketing or related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with graphic design software and social media best practices
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
