**Social Media & Content Coordinator (Corasol Shoes)**

**About the Role**
In this 3-day-per-week role (days are flexible), you will focus exclusively on Corasol Shoes, dividing your time between content creation and social media management. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting campaigns, connect with our community, and bring our brand to life through innovative storytelling.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a new brand, driving its growth and management. As part of a large dynamic Adelaide marketing team of 10, you'll have the chance to make a real impact. Plus, there may be opportunities to collaborate on other brands within the TSG umbrella, including Spendless and Wildfire.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Content Creation: Develop and edit engaging content, including reels, TikToks, and EDMs. Plan and oversee content shoots, including sourcing props, booking models, and directing creative execution.
- Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and engage across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, responding to customer queries and analysing insights to optimise performance.
- Influencer & Campaign Coordination: Research and manage influencer collaborations, negotiate partnerships, and oversee campaign deliverables within budget.
- Admin & Coordination: Manage the Corasol inbox, coordinate with external designers, and organise assets for campaigns and product photography.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for organic content, collaborating with the Head of Brand to establish an annual budget, monitor monthly expenditures, and adapt to evolving KPIs/business objectives.
- Collaborate with E-Commerce, Wholesale, and Retail departments to meet content needs that align with the brand, driving website and foot traffic.
- Proactively identify and propose new content opportunities to the Head of Brand.
- Contribute to team meetings aimed at enhancing social strategies to boost brand awareness and channel growth.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Skilled in creating content for social platforms, with experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.
- Strong social media management skills, including scheduling, audience engagement, and hashtag research.
- Proven experience in influencer and campaign coordination, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimise strategies.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or Digital Media.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
