Advanced Cosmetic Medicine is a leading cosmetic clinic in Adelaide, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and professional aesthetic treatments. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our team in a combined role of Social Media & Reception Coordinator. This position is ideal for a creative professional who excels at engaging online communities and providing outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities: Social Media**
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media activity.
- Stay informed on current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to align social media content with clinic promotions and news.

**Key Responsibilities: Reception**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly and professionally.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, handle inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using our booking system.
- Process client check-ins and check-outs, including handling payments and rebooking.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and managing patient files.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and community engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling software.
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of the cosmetic medicine or health industry is a plus, but not essential.
