They are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join the marketing team to further their achievements.

Position Overview
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dedicated marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. Your role is pivotal in boosting community interaction, engaging with customers and stockholders and spearheading innovative campaigns to expand their customer base.
With your profound knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Google AdWords, you will be responsible for developing content and strategies. These will drive brand growth, generate specific product leads and enhance social media engagement, ultimately attracting new customers to our platform.
You will shape their organisation's social media content and strategy in this role. Your mission is to increase visibility, foster engagement with our valued customers and clients, and manage the publication of diverse digital content formats, such as articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, podcasts, and more.
Furthermore, you will oversee campaigns across various social media platforms, crafting compelling content, analysing user data, nurturing online and offline client relationships, and ensuring top-tier customer service. Your multifaceted role will be crucial in achieving our digital marketing objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

The social media specialist will be entrusted with a diverse array of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Requirements for this role include:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Social Media, encompassing the planning and management of content. Proficiency in crafting a comprehensive Digital Marketing plan, accompanied by graphic design capabilities. Exceptional skills in written communication, copywriting, and verbal articulation. A comprehensive understanding of Digital Marketing management and strategy. Previous experience using a variety of analytics software. Proficiency in SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics. A creative mindset, capable of delivering innovative and engaging content. Strong multitasking abilities and practical time management skills, with a demonstrated aptitude for task prioritisation.Essential Criteria

Here are the essential criteria for the role:
Demonstrated proficiency in coordination and planning. A team player with exceptional communication skills. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using Martech tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant social media tools. Skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
