About the Role
This position is part of a collaborative team and requires providing customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value. This role also involves actively participating in and supporting bank programs and initiatives.
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring exceptional customer focus, retail experience being an advantage. You should also have working knowledge of using different digital channels.
As a Banking Consultant at ANZ, you'll be part of an organisation where the different backgrounds, perspectives and life experiences of our people are celebrated. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $70,000 - $90,000 based on industry standards in Australia. However, please note that this is an estimate and actual salaries may vary depending on individual circumstances.
