About the Position

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This individual will be responsible for delivering HR strategies and operational objectives at our Western Australian operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote collaboration and engagement across departments.
  • Analyse workforce trends to identify indicators for operational success.
  • Support leaders to drive daily activities and culture initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field, demonstrated experience in HR within mining or heavy industries, and proven ability to build constructive working relationships.
