About This Opportunity

We are seeking a People Partner to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will play a key role in the HR execution of business strategies and operational objectives at our WA-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Partner with the business to provide HR advisory support and coaching on people matters including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations and change management.">
  • Analyse and monitor workforce trends to identify leading trends for the operational workgroup and support the delivery of proactive strategies in response.">
  • Support operational leaders to progress day-to-day activities and culture initiatives.">
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality services.">

About You

">

To be successful in this role, you will have:

">
  • ">
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or related discipline.">
  • Demonstrated experience in a human resources role within mining or other related heavy industries.">
  • Proven ability to develop constructive working relationships with employees and managers.">
  • Strong influencing skills.">
  • A good understanding of human resources and employee relations legislation and practices.">
  • Sound judgement and objective problem-solving skills.">
  • Experience using HR systems such as Workday.">
  • A valid C-class driver's licence.">
