It's a high-impact position where you'll provide day-to-day HR support, partner with supervisors and managers, and coach frontline leaders through people-related challenges.

  • Partnering with supervisors and managers on HR matters ranging from onboarding to conduct, performance, IR, and injury management">
  • Coaching frontline leaders and supporting them through people-related challenges">
  • Responding to on-the-ground HR issues with sound judgment and a calm, considered approach">
  • Supporting change, workforce planning, and capability initiatives">
  • Working closely with WHS and operations teams to create a safe and compliant environment">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require 5 years' experience in a generalist HR or HRBP position, ideally in operational or multi-site environments. You must have a strong knowledge of Australian HR legislation and frameworks, including Fair Work, Awards, ER, and IR matters. You should also be a relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills and a bias for action.
