About Us

Success Tutoring is one of Australia’s fastest-growing tutoring organisations, supporting students to achieve their academic goals in a motivating and inspiring learning environment. Our Canning Vale centre delivers personalised programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum, focusing on Mathematics, English, Science and more.

We are now seeking a motivated and organised **Part-Time Manager** to lead our Canning Vale centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the tutoring centre (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays).
- Manage and support a team of tutors to ensure quality teaching and student engagement.
- Liaise with parents and students, providing progress updates and recommendations.
- Ensure alignment with the **Australian Curriculum** in all learning programs.
- Coordinate scheduling, bookings and reporting via our tutoring management system.
- Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional environment.

About You
- Proven experience in **managing teams or operations** (education sector experience highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of the **Australian Curriculum** (Mathematics and English focus preferred).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Flexible and reliable with availability on **Tuesday, Thursday, Friday evenings and Saturdays**.
- A proactive leader with a passion for education and student success.
