Job Opportunity: Functional Administrator
This is a fantastic chance to be part of a dynamic and inclusive team as a Functional Administrator in the Newcastle area. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our field services management system.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with business users and vendors to enhance and develop the solution, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve functionality and automation using business rules.
- You will provide reporting and ensure integration (ERP, GIS, & SCADA) and workflows are in place to give visibility to various business units, enabling them to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- You should have a positive can-do attitude and a desire to improve workforce management at Hunter Water.
- Four years or more experience working with field services management systems, preferably IFS's FSM and PSO, is required.
- You should have experience working with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, XML, and a working knowledge of data parameters, structure, mapping, and domains.
- You must possess sound customer service and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You should be able to work effectively within a team, with sound written and spoken communication skills.
- A Class C Drivers licence is required to attend sites as needed.
- You must have the right to work in Australia.
