Role Summary:

At Atlas Copco Australia Pty Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Service Planner to join our team in Blacktown. This role is responsible for ensuring highest customer satisfaction by efficiently managing available service resources and overseeing service execution through Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a vital link between customer expectations and internal resources, adept at balancing both to optimize efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer service requests and translate them into actionable service solutions, taking full ownership of delivery.
  • Empowered to make commercial decisions within defined limits to promptly resolve any customer issues.
  • Responsible for managing the entire customer experience, from initial inquiry to obtaining purchase orders, scheduling, service delivery, invoicing, and payment.

Requirements:
  • Service coordination experience with a strong understanding of all planning and customer service functions within a department.
  • A strong aptitude for learning new processes, systems, and applications.
  • Proficiency in Software like Word and Excel; SAP experience is beneficial.
  • Good communication: Excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrate a flexible, professional demeanour with a proactive 'can-do' attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
