The Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving the success of our organisation in Blacktown, Sydney. You will be entrusted with overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of all projects in the region, ensuring delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and administration of all projects in Sydney* Support the development of specific proposals and budgets* Act as the central contact and project coordinator for internal and external stakeholders* Ensure delivery of high quality, innovative services* Work with the team to create an employee and client experience that delivers exceptional value to the client* Evaluate service delivery to ensure that client needs are being met in a safe and effective way* Coordination of daily operations across all SIL & SDA houses, Community Access support and Day Program

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • 5+ years working in the Disability sector, either residential/respite services/SIL&SDA/Community* Experience supporting a range of people with a disability with an understanding of their complex needs* Relevant qualifications in management and disability, health or welfare* In-depth knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL)* A NSW driver's license, First Aid Certificate and Police Check (or be willing to apply for one)
